Looked up the blog with directions for cinnamon rolls, and though it was a bit more complicated than most recipes I use, i decided to try it for a special treat. I was surprised at the lack-luster quality of the final product. I took the rolls on a picnic and gave three pans away to friends with kids. Later in the week I ended up at the house 'o kids and found a tray still remaining in the back of their 'fridge. I won't make them again. Just OK. I have easier recipes for sweets that a truly amazing. Read about this Pioneer Woman in New Yorker Magazine a few weeks ago.
